Important: Cryptocurrency and digital assets involve substantial risk and are highly volatile. Please read this entire Risk Disclosure Statement carefully before using CycleOne's services.
1. Purpose of this Statement
This Risk Disclosure Statement explains certain risks associated with your use of CycleOne's non-custodial wallet services. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these risks. This statement supplements, but does not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other policies.
2. Nature of Our Services
CycleOne provides a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet that allows you to store, send, receive, and manage digital assets across multiple blockchain networks. As a non-custodial service, you retain full control and ownership of your private keys and assets at all times. CycleOne does not hold, control, or have access to your funds. We also provide connectivity to licensed partners for IBAN and payment services, but do not directly provide banking services ourselves.
3. Cryptocurrency Risks
Cryptocurrencies and digital assets are subject to significant risks, including but not limited to:

- Market Manipulation: Cryptocurrency markets may be subject to manipulation and fraudulent activities.
- No Deposit Insurance: Unlike bank deposits, cryptocurrency holdings are not insured by any government agency.
⚠️ The value of crypto assets can go down as well as up, and you may lose all of your investment. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Self-Custody Risks
